Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how Paylap HRMS subscriptions and paid services can be cancelled.
Subscription Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of a paid Paylap HRMS subscription by contacting our support team. Cancellation stops future renewal or future service access as applicable to the plan.
- Send the request from the registered email address or registered phone number.
- Include company name, registered mobile number, transaction details and cancellation reason.
- Cancellation requests are usually reviewed within 3 working days.
Effect of Cancellation
After cancellation, access to paid features may continue until the end of the already paid billing period unless a refund is separately approved under the Refund and Return Policy.
Customers should export required HR, payroll or employee records before the subscription period ends.
Refunds After Cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund. Refunds are handled only under the conditions listed in the Refund and Return Policy.
